Take a Breath is private automation software. It publishes videos to social media accounts owned by its operator. It has no public sign-up, no user accounts, and no end users other than the operator.
None. This website serves static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
The application stores OAuth access tokens for the operator's own accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. These tokens allow it to publish videos to those accounts and nothing else.
Tokens are stored in a private PostgreSQL database on a server controlled solely by the operator. They are never shared, sold, or transmitted to any third party.
The application does not read, collect, or store data about viewers, followers, comments, or any person other than the operator.
Only permissions required to publish video content to the operator's own accounts. No permission to read audience data, messages, or analytics is requested or used.
Tokens are kept only while the application is in use and are replaced automatically when refreshed. Revoking access from within any platform's own settings immediately and permanently ends the application's access.
Published content is delivered to TikTok, Meta and Google. Their handling of that content is governed by their own privacy policies.
