Take a Breath is private automation software operated by a single individual. It publishes one short nature video per day to social media accounts owned by that same operator. It has no public sign-up, no user accounts, and no end users other than the operator.
None. This site serves static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
This application uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to the operator's own YouTube channel.
By using this application, the operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The application calls exactly one endpoint, videos.insert, using the single scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. It uploads one video per day to one channel.
It does not search, read, list, comment on, rate or modify any other content. It does not access analytics, subscriber data, comments, or any information belonging to other users or channels. No YouTube user data of any kind is collected, stored, analysed, sold or shared with any third party.
The only credential held is one OAuth 2.0 refresh token for the operator's own YouTube channel. It is stored in a private PostgreSQL database on a server controlled solely by the operator, is never transmitted to any third party, and is used only to upload.
Access can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Revocation is immediate and permanent.
Because the application stores no YouTube user data, revocation leaves nothing behind. The stored refresh token is deleted from the operator's database on request or on revocation, and is in any case rendered permanently unusable the moment access is withdrawn.
The same video is also published to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook using their official APIs, under the same principles: the operator's own accounts, publish-only permissions, and no collection of anyone else's data.
