These terms cover the Take a Breath application and this website. The application is private automation software operated by its owner to publish content to the owner's own social media accounts. It is not offered as a service to anyone else.
All published videos are produced by the operator. Visuals are generated with AI image and video tools under commercial licences. Music is generated by the operator and used under a licence granting commercial rights. No third-party copyrighted material is used.
Content is generated with artificial intelligence and is labelled as such wherever the destination platform provides a labelling mechanism.
Publishing is performed exclusively through official platform APIs. No browser automation, scraping, credential sharing, or circumvention of any platform's review process is used. The application operates within the published rate limits and policies of each platform.
This software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any interruption, loss, or damage arising from its use.
